Finally, the day has arrived where I'm not expectantly looking at the mail box. I have received my Doll Quilt and it was so worth the wait! Check it out. It's beautiful. My partner, Stitchliterate, blogs over at Pickle Dish.
The bottom two pictures show my mini quilt in it's new home. Check on the red counter top, the teal frame, and the wall color. Completely my work room colors.
What I received, What I sent.
I've used this pouch all week long and I adore it. I received it a week ago from my partner, GuiltyQuilter. She changed the size of the triple zippered pouch. It is the most useful embroidery pouch ever. I have three of my plastic hoops in there. 4", 6" and 8". My work fits in the largest pocket. My floss fits in the middle and my needles, notions, cutter, thimbles in the smallest pocket.
Really cuts down on what I've been carrying around for the last few months. Mine, of course, has a purple and pink top. Still love it for keeping all my floss, perle/pearl cottons, and crochet thread; but it sure is overkill.
I plan to get the measurements figured out so can make a pouch for an even bigger hoop, like a 10" or that larger 15" oval hoop I've been wanting.
What I received, What I sent.
On to some house keeping of the no reply blogger.
Why am I not replying? Or why are you not getting any replies back?

Did you know if you upgraded to the New, Improved Google + profile that you become a no-reply blogger? I had been wondering why a number of my few commenting friends have gone all no-reply on me. Only to find out from my friend, Nicole from Mama Love Quilts, that I was no reply. She had my email and forwarded me a response. Thanks, Nicole for enlightening me!
I did a quick search and it was true! I was a no-reply blogger because I believed that the New, Improved Google+ profile would be everything the old profile was plus more. It's not. Jenniffier's Sometimes Creative Lives has a post on the problem and how to revert back. I'm back to the Old, Reply worthy Blogger profile.

OK, just so you know, I have been replying to your comments as i seldom check to see the email reply address and gmail does not tell me it is no reply. Anyway I am glad you fixed it now. I love the swaps, both what you send and what you received!
